For example, Water and algae make bacteria and you can fully automate that and send them to the trade rocket. Or same with fabric from silk. Or you could do beans and honey to make superfood. That way you use the products and not just trash them.
Building 1,000 items doesn't seem that much to me.
i never bothered as i set pulsar quartz and microchips as my target for monetary value.
but how do you automate the algae harvesting?
If you have drones running, then just set a container to Demand algae, no need to set anything to Supply. The drones will start collecting algae from anything that produces it. Same goes for food items (mushrooms, beans, etc).
