Please help I'm Stuck

I'm newer to this game and i went exploring on top of the rocks and fell through the maps and somehow ended up at an ancient temple and glitched through the floor and im now stuck in a room connected to a hallway blocked by a purple pillar

F4 is the unstuck button. Just spam it till your clear.

Also, if you're playing on the easy setting where there's no penalty for dying...just die. You'll wake up back at your base with all the stuff in your packs. So it's really a question of where you want to be once you get unstuck.
