Plant seeds and Veg Tubes

I am not what makes more sense when it comes to using plants in veg tubes. You have the basic Lirma seeds, which I guess is a base plan and then you have various plant seeds with increasing oxygen multipliers. Should I only plant the highest % plants or do I need the Lirma plants as well as a base and other plants with multipliers increase the Lirma plants output? So they need to be planted close to each other?
I have so many plant seeds by now, filling multiple chests and due to limited resouirces I can only plant a few, but I do not know what makes more sense in which plants to plant.

You are looking at this in a very sophisticated way, which is terrific for your imagination and immesive gameplay. However the game is very simple and all it cares about is high numbers. It doesn't notice things like overlapping areas or genetic diversity.

use best, but keep them all for later (they have other uses). Can put the tubes wherever u want

You DO need the Lirma plants, but do not put them in a veg tubes. They come in later in the game. As Pesky said, plant those plants with the highest %. Have fun!
