In the cave where the superalloy is located, the extractor doesn't work. It just breaks down iron and I can't adjust anything. is that normal?

Not every extractor can extract everything. You need better extractors for the rarer stuff.

You need a T2 or T3 extractor.

Yes, you need Ore Extractor T2, But you still will get normal materials sometimes.
Ore Extractor T1 can't mine Super Alloy/Osmium/Uranium/Obsidian/Zeolite.

Only in Ore Extractor T3 you can select which ore to mine, and it will be mining only this ore.
(so set to super alloy will give you only super alloys)

If you can't build a T2 Ore Miner yet, a Poor Man's Alloy Miner, is to build 2 T1s in the Aluminum Area, and build a single room with an advanced crafting station next to it. Grab the contents of the two ore miners, and then craft as many alloy as you can, and usually you can make 2-4 more alloys if you just pick up whatever you're missing after that.
