Is there a way to find the blueprint that you just learned?
I have 17 unusable blueprints that I have been keeping in storage but that being said, I still check every blueprint I get. I was totally shocked when I finally learned one because it has been so long since I have unlocked one but the description of it went away too fast so I don't know what I learned. I went through my crafting menu and I don't see anything new. Does anyone know of a way to check for what blueprints you have learned or at least the last one you learned?

No, I don't know of a way to know what happened other than seeing it happen and having the time to look. Which for me is a pain because sometimes I'm in the loo and hear the audible alert on my wireless headphones so I know something happened but have no idea what it was.

I would love there to be even a basic log with timestamps you could look at.

I also think when you look at the build menu, it should show a number of objects built next to each item e.g. 2 x Tier 1 Aquarium. Or have a toggle to show that.

I've often realised after quite a while I have access to a new tier of something, and could have replaced them already.

All the info you need is there, if you can find it. Keep an eye on ALL of your screens, not just your personal ones, and check them regularly, they will tell you quite a lot about what's going on and exactly where you are in terms of stage of development.

Sometimes stuff will unlock in your build screen, but sometimes they will show up instead in the screen in the biolab or a craft station, either the regular one or the advanced one. So, check those and see if there's any new items listed.

The other screens that can tell you about your progress may not necessarily show you exactly what's unlocked, but they will show you a lot of that, so check the blueprint screen and the screen in the biodome too.

Between those and your main screens you can usually figure out quite easily just what's going on and exactly where your progression is. Hope this helps, happy terraforming! :-)

The items named "Blueprint Microchip" are all identical. There are some that unlock specific blueprints, but they have different names. Your new one worked because a patch had added a blueprint to the game, and any of your Blueprint Microchips would have unlocked it. (The Blueprint Microchip page in the Fandom Wiki has more information on them.)

Do you remember what the name of the new blueprint was? The wiki would tell you where you can craft it.

Places to look:
* In the build menu. Particularly if it sounds like a machine or structure, the build menu is the place to look.
* In the autocrafter. Most items that are not machines or structures can be crafted in the autocrafter, but not all of them.
* In the Advanced Craft Station
* In the T2 Craft Station
* In the Biolab (although I think everything that can be crafted in the Biolab can be crafted in the autocrafter.)

I think maybe I didn't explain my issue well enough. My issue is when I get the blueprint microchip unlocked, usually it tells you what it is on the lower left-hand side of the screen, but I didn't look quick enough to see what I unlocked. I went through every crafting screen/machine I have, and I couldn't find anything new. So, I was wondering if there was a journal or some kind of log where it kind of keeps track of all the unlocked blueprint microchip. Also, there is no description on any of the 26 blueprint microchips that I have. They just say, "Blueprint Microchip". I haven't unlocked a "found" blueprint in so long that I curious (and truth be told a little excited lol) what I was able to unlock.

In theory, what it was should be able to be found in the update patch notes cause it should be something that was added in the last patches right, maybe the T4 exoskeleton?
I have not played lately so I dont know for sure myself which of the additions came through a chip.

Thank you but I already had it learned. I'm just stumped. Who knows, maybe there will be an update/patch in the future that will give us a little log system or something.
