T2 Information Rocket ?

This is mentioned in a few places but I can't find an unlock. Anyone able to launch this and hopefully remember how they unlocked it ? thanks all

Patch notes from 1.514 say it is a blue blueprint chip... you may have to prepare an offering for RNGoddess lol
Perhaps someone knows of a chest it is set to spawn in like some other blueprints.

its a random chip, not a specific one, there is plenty of them in wrecks

the chip will actually say what it unlocks - they are not "normal" blue chips, sadly

Your best bet to find them is using the portal generator on prime or humble (it won't work on the moons) and loot the wrecks, but like I said the chips will tell what it will unlock. Happy hunting
