Is there an Alien Gate to go from current planet ( forget the name of it at the moment ) to planet Humble , or can you build a gate later on in the game to go there ?

No. Prime and Humble are essentially completely separate games from each other. The closest you get is the ability to purchase Humble decorations in Prime with the Trade Rockets (no unlocks necessary).

There is a portal gate device that unlocks later in the game, but that will only take you to remote locations on the same world you're already playing on, whether that's Prime or Humble.

The base game and the DLC are 2 different stories. To access the DLC content, you have to restart a game from 0 and select the Humble planet
Already went to Planet Humble , but was just wondering if you could travel between both , thanks for the answer , have not played in a long time , had at least 10 maps with the version before the main release , lost everything on all the campaigns I had , lost interest , was so heart broken after losing everything , just yesterday out of the blue I had interest in playing again .
Thanks for the answer flint74 , have already been to a lot of those planets a long time ago .
Thanks to all for the informative answers , I appreciate that . take care , all the best .

btw.. which area to avoid when building so I do not get "floating city?" (I found two via google, but I want to verify)

One - sinkhole near snow area?
Two - I could not figure where this is.

If you stand where the two hangars are and face the snow area where the crashed rocket is, that's the first sinkhole. Turn to the right, and you'll see a huge stone arch and the area beyond is a bowl-shaped desert area with pieces of bauxite and aluminum laying around and also a 3x3 glass dome ruin on the far side of the area.

That's the other sinkhole. 90% of that entire bowl-shaped area is not safe to build on. You could get away with building right up against the wall (put a small hut and an ore extractor there to get Bauxite).

Thanks. I'll keep an eye on those areas.
