I've seen the windows covered by the vines, but never any door to access such a room. Even if I've opened doors with the fusion cell. Only thing I can think of is people report finding this room in lower difficulty wrecks. I tend to run 5/3 wrecks looking for rarer stuff, but maybe you have to search a lower level wreck to have this room show up?
I was going to try that with my next portal run. They also mention a "small table", which may be the glass table that you appear to already have. But I'm not sure. I have that glass table too, which I like a lot. Haven't seen any other small tables.
Of course there are also all the new animal effigies and a collection of 5 or 6 posters, I think.
You seem to be missing at least 5 of the new items of furniture, these being:
* pool table
* small table
* customisable corner sofa
* hanging basket
* shelves
The shelves (as opposed to the 'library' shelf item you already found) are most commonly found against the walls on both levels of the gym area along with the exercise bike and treadmill items.
As mentioned in the replies above, the other 4 items are all exclusively found in the lounge or 'nook' area. This area is extremely uncommon to find in wrecks - in about 50 portal locations I've so far found maybe 2 wrecks with a lounge area.
There are also 2 versions of the lounge area, and depending on the rarity/difficulty of the portal location you may find one or more of these lounge rooms arranged together in a single wreck:
Version 1 is a small enclosed room with an open doorway with a small window either side of it. This version usually contains the customisable corner sofa, small table, and the hanging basket items.
Version 2 usually has no wall on one side and a pair of unique water and plant-filled interior wall panels (NOT the ivy-filled green wall panels you find elsewhere in wrecks) on another side, and it usually contains at least the corner sofa item and (I'm guessing because it's the only new item I haven't found yet) rarely also the pool table item.
Some folks on here have reported the lounge area being hidden behind one of the locked doors that open when you use a fusion energy cell to power up a wreck; that said the couple of examples of the lounge that I've found seemed to be a part of the main corridor layout of their respective wrecks, so maybe lounge accessibility (when the lounge even spawns at all) is also dependant on the location rarity/difficulty?
The small table is a different item from the small glass table. The small table is square and has an angled U-shaped base and is in the same style as some of the other furniture on the list like the large planter, the new desk, the fridge, the round table, etc.
And yes, there are 6 new animal effigy's and 5 posters that can be randomly found in the various newly added areas.
Most wrecks will have some combination of at least some of the new areas in them, e.g. the gym, astro/science lab, botany lab, rover bay, etc. Generally it seems the higher the rarity/difficulty level of a portal location the more likely you are to find more/all of the new areas (excluding the lounge area) in a wreck, and those new areas will always have at least some of the new furniture items in them and randomly also some of the decorative items too (the posters and animal effigy's).
As mentioned above, the lounge area is the exception to this because it's an extremely rare area to find in a wreck, and of all the new items that are supposed to appear in the lounge it apparently includes the rarest item to find of all of them - the pool table.

Sadly, the PC gods are not with me.
I suck: And I'm a green plushy Dragon.
It would be great that end-game players could space trade these items.
Always make a few nuclear fusions and place one in the fusionreactor cylinder it will open some doors. I find the rarest stuff through those open doors. Each portal door has 2 wreaks each with a fusionreactor. Some have locked doors and requires a couple cards usualy found in the safes. Good Luck
