Glowing rocks biome ore?
I just found the weird biome with glowing rocks, zeolite and pink crystals. I tried putting down an advanced ore extractor, but it just pulls up default ores. Is there supposed to be something more valuable here for advanced ore extractors?

Haven't checked but I don't think so, check the map (if mapping satellite in orbit) for areas with rare metals/minerals.

That sounds like the Meteor Field. The Advanced ore extractors can only pull up the default ores there as well, if I recall; both materials have their own renewable cave you can extract from with the advanced one, however.

Is it black and white? The only thing there is an entrance to Mushroom river biome.

Like, a meteor shower, or there's a meteor to mine somewhere?

Also, it's actually really disappointing that there isn't a precious resource there besides a finite bit scattered on the ground. It kinda ruins the appeal of finding a place like this when there's really not THAT much benefit to exploring besides seeing scenery that's /r/mildlyinteresting

Well. It does have Zeolite, which normally you would have to get to plants stage to extract from the vines. I call that area the Field of Stars, since that's what it looks like when you look up.

I still wish they did more to make the points of interest valuable. As it stands, besides a few bits of stuff on the ground, it's mostly just things to look at (like the waterfall), and for a game that doesn't look amazing, that isn't much.

For the crystals, there is, sometimes, an unique meteor wich falls, making a particular noise.

You can have several crystals to grab.

You've gotta love that for Pulsar Quartz the meteor "shower" is just one meteor.

At least that meteor contains like 6 crystals or so. It's basically a free fusion reactor or two teleporters.

Yeah it's a single meteor that's purple. Also to you wanting a finite resource. That's a really bad idea in a crafting game. You can make something that is a pain to get/create so it is rare but to make something that will someday be gone is not smart. The point of crafting games is build things.
