Planet crafter needs a few things.
First is an Undo function.
Second: Some binocs for a zoom lens.
Third: Dune buggy.
Fourth: Flashlight upgrade.
Five: Tools to level terrain.

you get items back when you deconstruct things there is even a recycling machine later on

flashlight upgrades i believe are planned

as for tools to level terrain in my experience those tools tend to add a boat load of bugs to a game

Most of the terrain in the game would just hamper a dune buggy. The majority of my world has trees so a dune buggy, or any other vehicle would be worthless. Wouldn't mind my jet pack having the ability to fly over the tree-tops though.

While this is certainly true, it would be nice to be able to deconstruct a misplaced window or door without having to deconstruct the entire Habitat. Something that allows you to 'undo' your last action could be useful.

Build roadways for the buggy, no problem. Simple to make it happen even when you have trees all over the place. Just deconstruct the grower, build the roadway and replace it. It's not going to take much away from what you already have. We will also need ramps to get the buggy on the roadway platforms. That would allow you to pull off the roadway whenever you needed to.

Best way to get around with this terrain is a vehicle that flies. Other than that I would rather use the jet packs.

Yes but the buggy would be nice to carry a larger amounts of materials. Say when you go out to empty harvesters. Maybe even some kind of hovercraft that can traverse water surfaces.

Undo function is useless, binoculars may be kinda useful but I wouldnt see using them myself almost at all. Dune buggy would be useless late game but developers did say they will add a vehicle later on. flashlight upgrades already here. Terrain editing would ruin the game as it leads to a lot of bugs and unitended things being found.
