My rover keeps disapearing

Hey! Sorry if this is a repost but I didnt find anything about my issue...

We are playing in multiplayer with my wife and we just built our first rover.
At first I was surprised that I cant interact with it if it's my wife who called it but I guess that's how the game handle vehicles.
What botters me more is that as soon as we walk 10m away from the rover it disapears...
The only way to get it back is to call it from the vehicle station after waiting for 10min...

I'm realising just now that when we create the rover at the station it never appears unless we call it from the second monitor... I guess this is not how it's supposed to work either

Did you install a beacon on it? It should at least indicate where it is.
It shouldn't disappear. There is odd clipping happening since the last major update.

My rover disappears every time I leave it parked on something I constructed. So I have to leave it on the natural ground if I want it to stay in place. It is really annoying, but at least it isn't totally broken.
