low aluminium early in Humble, HALP!
Got the alu from the large sandy area where the dome structure is. Got a few alu from the lava falls where the bauxite is. Got a few alu from the other side of the lava falls where the iridium is. Now what? Only need like 9000+ more alu... :(

Are you getting them using the explosives from the egg like things?

use the ore crusher with : uraninium for uranium and iridium , bauxite for aluminium and dolomite for cobalt

Here's a bit of real life science, thats how pure aluminum is made. They drill bauxite out of the ground and process it through some methods to produce aluminum for everything from foil to soda cans. It's actually quite a bit more then simply crushing up the bauxite, but pure aluminum can't be collected on it's own in nature.

In real life, I think Aluminum production consumes considerable amounts of electric power to separate it from the ore.

This is also correct. It is not a cheap or easy process. In Satisfactory it's one of the last materials you can process and requires multiple steps with some decently powerful machines. A bit closer to how things are then this game. But still, credit at least for the game makers recognizing the Bauxite to Aluminum process. Many people don't really know that.

LOL... the ore crusher isn't just your friend. It's your freaking soul mate. Without it, you die. That simple.

Pure aluminum can be found in nature but it is super rare

Probably why the T3 crusher costs 100 kW which is immense since you get it before nuclear reactors.
