I looted the trade rockets for chips long ago and now have a breathable atmosphere (40.5 GTi). What else is needed to unlock the trade rockets on Humble?

it's like for normal blue chip. The only difference is that this chip can only give this plan

I have 17 blue chips and I looted everything from the trade rocket area long ago. I have checked each chip, one at a time, and nothing.

Hmm, sounds like a bug then, because I looted the trade rocket area long ago and only got blue chips that appear to be the same as every other one I find. I Guess I'll have to try to find another location where trade rocket chips spawn. I guess I should submit a bug report. Would you happen to know of any other areas that these chips spawn?

There are a couple of different trade rocket locations. At least one of them is above ground. The one where you find the chip for the trade rocket is in the underground. There are two trade rocket ship chips, one in the ship itself and one in the launch platform. Not sure exactly at what point in terraformation you need to be to discover this.

I don't think it's a bug, your situation is a few players here. And every time it's the same thing. Take a good look at each of your blue chips. Putting your mouse on the right one will show that it contains only a particular crafting blueprint. Do this on all your blue chips in your storage. It frequently happens that players find the chip and stock it without knowing what it is

I appreciate the response, but I have visually verified all of my chips and even attempted to decode each one individually. I have gone to each base and checked the storage, but I plan on double checking that. I'm at the point now where it is difficult to continue on this play through because I have plenty of each resource and there is nothing really to do except watching the monitors tick up slowly. Not being able to unlock trade really kills the mid to late game. My drones are just sitting there because there is nothing really for them to do. If anyone knows of another location besides the cave with the trade rockets in the roof, that has one of these chips, please post it here. Thank you.
