I wouldn't mind laying down and looking up at the stars through the roof windows but I don't think I would want sleeping to be added to the eating and drinking habits.

Eh since it’s using the same stuff as subnautica I figured it would just lay down after wandering for a while but with no real need to do it.

Kinda breaks immersion for me plus the bed is so resource heavy you’d think it would serve a purpose beyond decoration.

I agree, the only thing that breaks the "immersion" for me more is that we run around with our Multitool on our "stretched out" Arm all the time ... i am starting to get a stiff arm in real life from seeing that ... then again that could be because i am sitting too long in front of my computer playing Planet Crafter ...

I agree, the only thing that breaks the "immersion" for me more is that we run around with our Multitool on our "stretched out" Arm all the time ... i am starting to get a stiff arm in real life from seeing that ... then again that could be because i am sitting too long in front of my computer playing Planet Crafter ...

I'd love to see it handled like Subnautica, where sitting in a chair pauses your food/water decay. Sit in a chair, (hopefully an actually swiveling swivel chair), and take a break and enjoy the view.

I would also be a fan of sleeping in the bed. It's nice we can finally sit on the chairs. However, the biggest thing I want is to be able to take off the space suit. It's looks ridiculous sitting in my apartment by the fire in a space suit and helmet when I have breathable atmosphere and I'm indoors.

I know the devs would have to develop male and female avatars if we ever took off the damn suit. And this is probably something they have no interest in doing. But man it would be nice to finally ditch the suit and enjoy the comfort of my furniture as well as the now great outdoors of my planet.

Ew the outdoors with all those bugs and fresh air and whatnot. Bleh no thanks I’ll keep my suit on so I’m not contaminated by all that nature and natural sunlight and junk.

I have to agree with all of this - although I have to say that, given what our general build under the suit looks like, it's possible we're not actually human at all, just androgynous very short similarly-limbed IB's (intelligent beings). Maybe we don't even have genders at all?

But from what I'm seeing as the planet develops, either we're very much on the tiny side, or the larvae and frogs and fish are outside-of-this-universe large, lol!

Hmmmm... while I'm thinking about it, maybe I'll go find a heap of dry leaves to dump on Kazuma, teach him that there IS fun and games to be had in the great outdoors... heeheehee...

For removing the suit, you could create a simple undersuit that hides the form. Less bulky
A jumpsuit with a head cap. Then you can have instadeath if you leave without it on

Sleep in a bed would be good. I also created a nice view if you could lay in the bed

I also want to build a bathroom. Like the ones they have on the ships..
