Thanks. I did see those messages, but I never realised that this is what was referred to as the anomaly. Now I will have to try again - and at the same time make a better base !
The detector can then be equipped in the Exoskeleton T1 exoskeleton, to find 13 additional hidden keys.

Without looking it up, I would have never found the Warden's key detector. I had no reason at all to revisit that part of the world. Did I miss clues, should I have been paying more attention to messages? There aren't any resources I need, I didn't really see a reason to explore.
Now I have to run around the whole planet again? I don't even know how close I have to be or what the Warden's key detector will do to find something. I think I might just skip the end. Am I the only one that feels this way?
Insert 10 keys in escape rocket and off you go.
Second and third methods do require blowing up the anomaly which becomes possible when you are given the big bomb recipe. Take the components to the super alloy cave assemble bomb (see above for finding the anomaly), trigger bomb then run - return to Sentinel or have pirates pick you up (you will need 5 solar quartz and 250,000 trade tokens in the bank for the pirates.
IF you have been aware of keys as you wander the world and/or been selling even the simple fabric or food with a few extra fuses, by the time you get to 5TTi, you should be prepared to leave immediately. Game automatically saves so you can go back to experience all three escapes. Have escaped a dozen times - the end isn't as exotic as the game.
Then head up past the falling sands cross small creek stay to the left side to where the three stone pllars are and the super aloy cave is.
Here ya go seeing as you're tired.
I got all three endings.
I used this video.

Most/all of the messages you find while exploring, whether they were written by any of the terraformers who were sent to your world before you, or the wardens, will appear in a second tab in the messaging screen that you can place in your base. This way you can read through all the messages you've found and take your time trying to analyse them.
I'm not sure what's missing, but by the end of the game I had no desire to explore the world anymore - with or without my hand being held.
It's a good game. I liked it. My interest just kind of died once terraforming was complete.
