Production fuses make a machine go 25% faster and they add up. It's kinda mid but I found them useful for larva production. For the most part, you are better off using any other fuse such as the power booster to build more things.
On Prime, you just take a trip to the Pulsar cave, and come back with enough to get your first fusion reactors and your teleporters network going. You don't have that location on Humble so every time I've ended up with massive loads of uranium reactors which are pretty pathetic.
You can rebuy Production fuses later and I've never really found myself in a situation where the Production fuses were more useful than the other things.
I use them on ore extractors, and water collectors. But they don't affect ore crushers which is possibly an oversight.
They're increasing optimiser range IIRC so that's helpful.
Thank You for this
It hadn't occurred to me to set up Pulsar / Fusion Energy Cell production.
