Love the game and massive kudo's to devs. There is a complex balance in the game mechanics that has been tweeted over the last two years with great effect, BUT the process for creating and feeding animals is not well thought out. Too time demanding and opaque to my way of thinking.
THIS info is what I need for what I am collecting.
I haven't had dna show up yet, like that.
Generally, when you pet the animals, you need close to 30 minutes or so between "collecting pets," to get a new one. They do, usually, give one up immediately after their "birth." and it's usually low tier. I try to wait until they hit 80% growth before trying to colect "samples." I seem to get higher tier things.
If you know which animal gave you the complete dna string, please share it's stats.
The breed, the size, colors, everything that shows in the popup.
I don't know if you are aware of it or not, but there is a Planet Crafter Wiki, and one of the pages is all about genetic traits and how to get them. I've made some pretty amazing-looking animals using the wiki as a guide :)
Thanks for the smack upside the head.
Sheesh.
I couldn't find what you said was there.
Maybe I missed it.
Will you please provide a link to the wiki article you referenced?

Thank you.
