There are several hidden achievements, so without knowing what you have completed already, we can't say. If you go to the global stats page for achievements, you should be able to click on the secret achievement to show the description, which will usually be enough to figure out what to do.

IIRC that's one of the ending conditions: you need to find the Warden City (if you haven't already) and fulfill the conditions to leave the planet with their tech
