Pulsar Quartz not at advanced crafting station?

Am I missing something, or is this a bug? I just got the message that I've unlocked the ability to craft pulsar quartz, but I can't figure out how/where to make it. I read somewhere you do this at the advanced crafting station, but it's not listed with the other recipes there.

Okay, now I feel like a fool. It's at the bio lab crafting station. I assumed it would be at the advanced crafting station like the other mineral type things that are craftable.
