Ship Problems with portal Generator

Me and a friend have a problem. We want to go on a ship difficulty 5 and rarity 5, but every time we get there the door is locked, how do we fix this?

Must be multiplayer thing. I run 5/5's all the time. No issues.

Yes, probably my friend was able to get through a door that I couldn't get through.

Same, my friend couldn't see the blocked door, he went into the portal first.

I also had this problem in multiplayer. Sometimes the door is blocked for one or both of us. Nothing seems to fix it so far unfortunately.

Have this issue too. It's very aggravating and takes all the fun out of exploring ships in multiplayer :/
