Wheat, cocoa and pulsar quartz no longer in supply demand menu for drones?

Unless I am completely blind today, I am not seeing these in the supply demand menu. I know they were there on a previous play through. But, or did they update it to take them out for some reason?

They wont be there till you harvest/make one.

This appears to be the case. Strange, because I could have sworn they were available to set up demand etc. prior to starting their manufacture before, on an earlier playthrough. Ah well, they are working now.
