Not getting Large Explosive Device blueprint.

I am not getting the blueprint for the Large Explosive Device.

I have completed the terraformation and built the Extraction Platform.
When I interacted with Extraction Platform terminal I see the message about the disruption device and the coordinates but I didn't get the message with the blueprint from Sentinel.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and verified the games files.
I have deconstructed and rebuilt the Extraction Platform, Message Terminal and Antenna.
I have deconstructed all three and then saved and quit the game, then rebuilt after loading back in.
I have even built the Extraction Platform in different locations.

Has anyone else encountered this? and if so, did you find a way to fix it?

The posts I read speculated that you had to reach a certain terraforming index. From memory it was either 5 TTi or 5.5 TTi. In my completed game where I used the bomb, my final score was 5.55 TTi.

You probably also need to have explored some of the areas that are hidden behind doors that need the "keys", particularly the location with the disruption device.

I'm pretty sure I got that blueprint after I discovered the area it gets used in. I don't think it's related to terraforming level.

I've double checked everything in-game, I've definitely been to the locations that you need the keys for and found the glowing orb/disruption device. My TTi is currently at 5.19.

I've also looked online to double check any lets play videos and to find out anything else that might help. All of the videos I've seen get the blueprint as soon as they build and interact with the extraction platform at a Terraformation Index of between 5 and 5.1 TTi.

I got the blueprint popping up as I was leaving the glowing orb room.

@Magnavus - I had the same problem, no blueprint - Then I found it, I collected all the parts needed to build the 'bomb' and tried to 'craft' it at the various stations, nope - then looked in my construction menu - it was there next the the extraction platform - whoop

I have double checked my construction menu and I don't have the blueprint available.
I'm going to start a new game and see if I get the blueprint on a new game.

I finally got the blueprint and message.
I had just picked up the final key for the Warden ending when the message popped up.

I encountered the same issue.
5.5+ TTI, all wardens keys found, have visited the giant glowing orb still no blueprint.
I'm kinda bummed, it's the only thing I need to finsh this game

It isn't. I already checked everyhting listed in this topic.
I had to import save from a friend in order to finish this game. Very frustrating.

I got the message and recipe at 5.28 TTI. I was just flying around trying to figure out why I nothing was happening. I had all the keys and visited everywhere at this point.

Do you need all the warden keys for this? I am over 7 TTI now sitting around hoping the blueprint appears. Been to the glowing orb twice now. Also dont have the warden paradise achievement so maybe my games bugged.

Ok so seconds after posting my message i removed my Construction Menu Filter add on to check if it was being blocked by that. Instantly got a new Email message and the Blueprint at the same time. Maybe try that if it wasn't just a coincidence for me.
Edit: also want to add the warden paradise isnt in that cave it's something else that i now found. All seemed to be fixed now.

I was mistaken. Yes, the existence of a recipe for creating small bombs in the Bio Lab led me astray.
In reality, large explosives were shown in the crafting menu along with buildings and the like.
I was mistaken. Please keep this a secret from Sentinel Corporation. Please tell them that "it was fixed for some reason."

I was having the same problem. The message and blueprint finally popped up at 5.15 TTi.
