New Tree Planter?

Is there a new planter recipe? I saw the patch notes indicated there was a new tree spreader blueprint, but have not found anything as yet...

You can find a blueprint chip for a tree planter, but you can find it only through portals. That makes it a very late-game addition. Having decoded the blueprint chip, however, you can make as many of them as you want.

The same is true of the fireplace, which is an indoor firepit.

I was wondering same thing as OP. I've went through the portal a number of times by now, from level 1 - 5 and have found every new item multiple times, but no luck with finding the new tree spreader as yet. It seems it has an extremely low spawn rate, or I've just been very unlucky.

So what is suppose to be so special about this tree spreader ? I have commented multiple times how there should be both tree and flower spreaders that would have an option to put 2 or 3 seeds in them instead of having 100's of spreaders and increase the range on them at the same time .

I have found a ton of the new tree pot blueprint. It seems to show up most in rarity rank 5 wrecks. For better odds of finding it, hunt down a wreck with a high difficulty rating too.

it is like a tree pot, so you can plant one tree at a time in specific areas

I keep finding everything else in level 5 difficulty wrecks, EXCEPT the new tree spreader. Weird. I've found a ton of everything else, seriously.

I might be wrong, but I believe the notes said smth like ''tree planter'' not ''tree spreader''.
I believe this adresses the new tree pot. I am afraid, there is no new tree spreader to find.

What's even the purpose of a tree pot, is it like the decorative flower pot? With minimal production?

Think the tree planter is too cheap. Should need a solar quartz, fits with lore, need light to grow or something. Not an onerous cost, by that point pretty much all the high end stuff is automated anyway. But imo higher tier items should require higher tier resources just for overall scaling.
