I emptied an entire inventory (like 60) of the primo meals into the feeder, and all 6 of the animals hunger level didn't change.
I made 15 of the tier 2 animal food and put them all into the feeder, all of them disappeared like I described before and the hunger level of all 6 animals didn't change.
I didn't see a bug thread in the steam discussion, anyone know if the devs respond to anything here?
Thnx.
I have three of those new Ecosystems built with a T2 optimizer and three production fuses, so time is down to 60sec for each of the three but it is still very slow at producing the rare larva, as there are 8 types of larva.
My entire feeding process is automated and backed up by feeding them the Honey Baked Beans. Which get eaten quickly. That is automated also.
Beans are best. Cookies. Get the drone started on collecting what you need and set up autocrafters for EVERYTHING. The drones are the key to the feeding issues. Get Several farms going and plant beans. That will solve the feeding issue for starving critters.
As for food disappearing immediately, that is suspicious.
Is it possible you have drones that are snatching the food item away and taking it someplace it is being demanded? Or do you have an auto crafter nearby that uses that the food item you are putting in the feeders? I ask because I've gone crazy trying to keep a stash of certain ingredients when they are "in demand" by an auto crafter or drones are set to take them somewhere else.
