This is a 2 person development squad. This is not a big company if its one at all. They work on this game on their secondary time. They don't have time or the resources to do all that.

Because VR is very niche. Only a few games offer a VR mode. There are some games that should have that option. I can imagine this game in VR; but it doesn't feel like a VR game like others do.

Being a 2 person team has nothing to do with it. They either know how to do it or not. Perhaps they already thought of this and decided it would take too long to develop, or it wouldn't bring them as much profit not being VR. Even Unreal Engine supports VR now, but even still, you need to know what you're doing, using some engineering. You can't just slap in a 3rd party solution, from the Unity store for example, and expect it to work.

VR was always extremely niche though, and its on its last legs now. Putting money into something that's barely a dying ember isn't a wise business move.

I am just afraid you gonna spam something similar here because of your obvious obsession with VR. For example i dont have a VR and i cant even play vr from medical reasons. So i would be kinda sad or even mad if couldn't play this game. VR as a option as in Senua Hellblade sure.... but only vr is bad choice as a whole. Since small portion of gamers actually has vr

This game would feel bad in VR thats just my opinion. As for you stop spamming every forum begging for VR. Just an advice since if you get banned on steam you can loose all of your games.
