Where are the fuses for the Machine Optimizer?

I remember when the optimizers were first added, I started with at least one fuse and found a couple more relatively quickly. Now, I've unlocked the optimizer and I haven't found a single fuse anywhere.

Fuses can be found in blue chests and, late in the game, bought using a trade rocket. But I had no trouble finishing the game without using a single optimizer.

Haven't found a single one in blue chests yet, though there's a couple wrecks I haven't looted yet.

They are plentiful in the procedural wrecks once you can build the portal.

Another good place, is inside vaults that you unlock with fusion cells in the wrecks around the map.

Naturally, soon as I ask where they are, I get two out of a single chest under the battleship wreck.
