Drones?

Wonder if there is a limit to the maximum number of drones the engine can handle.

the reason I ask is that I have 400 drones and around a 100+ stay put for ages even tho there are many items waiting to picked up in various locations.

I've seen people comment that they have over 1000 drones before. I guess alot depends on your computer, and also how much stuff you have for them to do. I have never gone over 200 before. But then I dont have 100's of ore extractors and dozens of trade rockets either.

Drones only work if there are open slots in demand chests. Build more demand chests.

There is no software limit on the number of drones but it can get progressively slower the more you have and the more are on-screen.
