Still can't find the T2 Deconstruct

I've found so many Blueprints it's absurd and still don't have it.

What do u mean? The unlocks are not really random. They get unlocked one by one. Only within one tier its random but that doesnt matter much.

Microchip Deconstruction T2 is a tier 9 (out of 10) technology.
It will be unlocked very late.

It's not tied to the Terraforming level. How *long* it takes to get to the T2 Deconstruct level is up to the Random Number Gods. If you're gifted with a *lot* of blue chips in the blue chests, you could conceivably get to the 9th tier before the lake appears.
Not very ****ing likely, but possible. :-)

all that can be really said is to find more blueprint chips. if it you do not get words similar too, no more blueprints at this time, then keep going. their is a rather sizable amount. i seam to have to explore at least half the wrecks and boxes if i am lucky, usually more.
