Find a weird door in a cave.

Apparently I found a weird door in a cave. Don't remember seeing a door in a cave, weird or otherwise.

I think it might do something at some later point in your playthrough, Check your messages, I think you will get something at somepoint that might send you back to that general area.

You might have had your head down looking for super alloy and missed the door.

There are a couple of these “weird doors” in caves. They’re part of the lore/story. Keep playing, you’ll figure it out.

Thanks, though 'figuring it out' isn't a problem. The problem is re-exploring every inch of every cave I was in to find the door which I didn't see the first time

you can place bacons if you see something interesting, just pick a color that represents doors to you and you will see exactly where they are for later exploration.
