Can't get T2 Locker Storage

I'm having an issue with this. After gaining the 5k tokens needed, I clicked the + to purchase the T2 locker blueprint, waited for the rocket to return, but can't find it in the blueprints screen.
Am I blind, or just missing a step or something?.

The blueprint chip returns with the rocket it is in its inventory. You have to grab it then run it over to the screen to decode it. Looks exactly like a regularly BP chip.

I think the system is weird and it confused me at first too. You should be able to buy the chip even if the rocket is gone and it should just activate. The eggs/larva/seeds should be deliverables, but the blueprints should have been instant.

So far blueprints (early game) came from Sentinel. They were automatically. Blueprint chips you found you had to manually decode.
Trading is not with Sentinel (as far as we know). So it makes sense that you get a chip you have to decode.
