Rocket Meteor Storms

Read something here that indicated that the various rockets had benefits to the various systems (heat, pressure etc) so I built the launch platform and looked at the plans for the ones that I can currently launch - Uranium Meteor, Iridium Meteor and the Plant rocket and noticed that each had a 1000% increase to their respective improvement. So obviously I launched one of each and now have two questions: 1] Does launching multiple rockets of one type add that 1000% each time? 2] I almost immediately received both an Iridium and Uranium meteor. Each one contained a large black rock glowing green for the Uranium one and red for the Iridium one. Was not ably to get anything from the hand tool and they just disappeared like the rest of the normal colored rocks after some time. Is there any way to harvest those large black glowing rocks?

No way to harvest those large chunks.

Yes, you get a 1000% increase in your base numbers for each rocket. Not compounded, but additive.
So five rockets gives you a 5000% increase.

Wow very cool as my terraforming reading started going a whole lot faster after the three launches.

You will eventually unlock a screen which lists the rockets you've launched and shows exactly how they're influencing your terraforming progress.
