Yup it was.. Thank you for your time to response to me. It is the chip.
I am going to put that away.. I do not need to freak myself out of this. Goodness.
They also take up a lot of space which might not be available in all cases.
I only use them as markers now. (Place one next to unlooted chests, on top of 1x1 bases, as roadmarkers and so on)
By the time the filter is typically obtained, those transitional areas are long past.
Not everyone is only interested in numbers.
Me and probably many people use all available tools and devices to get the right and satisfying atmosphere in the game.
One step ahead of you. Recycled it pretty soon after trying and then throwing it out again 🤣
A T2 power supply increases the output a LOT for only a couple more resources.
Any T1 items are waste of space and resources except for Food Growers as by the time you get the Food Grower T2 you should have at least 10 full lockers of food and a steady supply of growing in the T1s.
Disassemble a T1 solar panel and you will have 80% of what you need for a T2.
Solar Panel T1 -- Produces Energy 6.5kW/s Requires -- Iron x 1,Cobalt x2,Silicon x1
Solar Panel T2 --Produces 19.50kW/s Requires --Iron x1,Cobalt x2,Silicon x1,Magnesium x1 and Aluminium x 1
Here is a website that shows you all the machines and stuff and what it produces and required materials
https://planet-crafter.fandom.com/wiki/Power#Solar_Panel_T1
(I'm playing a 'no rockets' game, and have even recycled any rocket engines I've found)
I can build another Reactor T1 if I recycle the Jetpack T3 I have, but yeah, I consider that worth more than the power gain.
The difference between a Reactor T1 and T2 is mostly that the T2 uses 3 uranium rods and produces 4x the power than a single T1(which uses 1 rod)
If you only have one rod, you build a T1. If you have two, you build two T1, when you get another rod, you dismantle the two T1s and make a T2.
