progress screen missing?

Hey everyone, not sure about something.

one of my first steps missions is to craft the "progress"screen..i dont have this screen, is this a blueprint i need to find??

it's something you unlock to build when you get enough heat/pressure/oxygen for terraforming. Almost everything is unlocked by getting enough of that or by blueprints.

How, or where, do I place this? I unlocked it, I can see it looks like a desk screen only bigger, but I can't place it on a wall or desk.

Large screens are wall mount, small screens are desk mount (or floor, or any horizontal surface, really). You need to make sure when wall mounting that there's a decent amount of space between the screen and the floor/ceiling/walls of the hab module and that the mount point isn't trying to connect to a window or door. If this isn't a problem, then try rotating it - you may accidentally have it backwards (happens to me sometimes, especially if I'm playing tired).
