Explosive Powder help

[Mist of Majora]

Hi sorry for the (probably dumb) question in advance, but I can't seem to find this recipe. I know it's crafted in the Biolab, but as far as I can tell, it doesn't even exist on my future unlockable recipes, and I only have the Biolab unlocked at the console. Pretty sure I've explore a good portion of the map too for most recipes unlocked that way.

What am I missing?

In case I was too vague in my original question, I have the Biolab unlocked, and the only recipe I currently have unlocked IN the Biolab, is the Biolab. Unless there's a different spot you go to craft recipes other than the console (computer screen)?

Edit: There are future recipes at that console as well, but they're locked atm, and none of them say explosive powder.

As soon as I posted that, I think i found the answer. I may have thought the Biodome was the Biolab all this time. If so, I'm an idiot. One sec lol
