パルサークォーツの設計図が消えて核融合発電機が作れなくなった・・・

バグでは無く、仕様変更です。アップデートによりパルサークォーツの価値が上がり、特定の場所(鉱石抽出機も置けない場所)で特定の個数しか取れなくなりました。
当面は原子炉で何とかするしかないです。。

only if you wait till you are at a certian stage in the game, if you loot chests early, then you wont find PQ
