Patience might not be someones strong suit. :D
It's arguably a kind of exploit, but if you launch another rocket as soon as the previous meteor storm ends the rocks from the first one go away. Launch three or four and just run around filling your pockets after.

I am more curious why the Super Alloy disappear 30secs after they the meteor shower is over

Probably because it's considered a high end resource (for now). So it's a bit "harder" to obtain. Usually you can pick up 15-25 though, which should help out quite a bit if you don't want to build them yourself.

By the time your wrote and posted this, the rocks disappeared.
Patience. rest. relax. Get a snack.

Super Alloy?...I wish some of mine would disappear. lol
Now, when theres an asteroid drop, and its quite often a super alloy drop, I just ignore.
I've collected way more than I need, its ridiculous.

For those that haven't found it, there is a ton of Super Alloy under the Dusty Fall, in the area west of the Sulfur fields. Go under the Dusty Fall and be next to the edge of the ridge, and walk the whole crescent ridge. Should be enough to fill 1 large locker.

Don't forget the Super Alloy cave with a ton of T2 extractors...

If you're bored then you can just let the Shredder eat them for breakfast... :-)

You can launch another rocket and the previous debris minus the good stuff will dissapear as soon as the new rockets contents start raining down.

Super Alloy storms are a pita not only does it basically stop you building whilst it's happening, the alloy rarely stays around long enough to collect and they are hard to see against grass and other game world things. but by then you can harvest alot of regular resources and make your own anyway

Hi, where is the Super Alloy cave, please? I think I found it a long time ago as I did a lot of exploring early on. I can't remember. Thanks

That's the entrance. If you head to the big ship in the desert area nth east of the iridium cave and head Nth West from the front of the ship, it's in the cliff face there's only one entrance.
and nth east of that will be an oasis area once it's all lush and crashed satelite to explore

Put beacons down, i've learnt my lesson i too found stuff like a second iridium cave and now for the life of me can't find it again or the uranium cave for ages which i finally found again LOL.

If you go from the usual starting area to the iridium cave, it's around the corner quite a bit further into the desert area. Keep hugging the mountain wall on your left and you'll run into it.
