If you launch 1 rocket, you get a +1000% so somewhere between x11 to some such. If you launch 2 rockets, you get a +2000% so somewhere between x21 and whatever.
If you keep launching rockets, and some have pointed that out, at some point your marginal gain from additional tens dwindle out and it may become more worthwhile to expand your base number rather then the multiplier.
For example, moving from x1001 and x1011 is 0,999000p % more. (edit : 100 to 101 rockets)
Getting from 1000 base gen to 2000 base gen, or whatever... may be more rewarding at some point.
