Any way to just delete the glass wall?

I enclosed a heater inside this room with 4 glass walls. I want to add a second heater but can't find a way to just deconstruct the glass wall so I can access the inside. Only get the option to deconstruct the room and it doesn't let me cause the heater is inside. Anything I can do?

Sometimes you can miss the most easiest solution xD Wasn't even sure if it works since i didn't use glass walls so far but though it is worth to ask

I'm not happy we can't deconstruct the glass wall. I have a big base and put a wall in a silly location, but I can't remove it.
To do so, I would need to empty the living compartment then deconstruct it. <Sigh>

I hope they polish the building aspect a bit more. it's a nightmare to place and connect larger rooms like 2x2 large living area, not to mention it leaks during the rain XD

You could attach a new building pod to the side where you want to remove the glass wall. This will remove the glass wall, & then you can deconstruct the new pod. All without having to touch your main structure & its built-in items.

I did the same thing, right in the middle of my base. i can replace the glass wall with a door, or the door with a glass wall, but i just cant find the sweet spot to delete either and go back to open side

You can do it in the save file. A door or a window is not a separate item, but rather a certain specification on the pod entry (which is what a room is called). Once you figure it out , it's pretty easy to work with if you need to.
