Why are the reviews exploited and fake
It's an ok game so far in early access, with not overly great reactions at all on both streaming platforms and youtube. Yet there is 2000 reviews with overwhelmingly positive.. That's kinda rigged and to be honest red flags the game which I would have tried out if not for the false creation of reviews.

Opinions are opinions, they are subjective, so I fully agree of course on that part.. Data is objective, the data doesn't support the rating and amount of reviews at all! The most basic search already brings that to light:

Stardew valley:
https://steamcharts.com/app/413150

Planet Crafter: (Fully red on degredations of players, it the reviews would be real then these stats would be way different man, undeniable statistics..)
https://steamcharts.com/app/1830840

Yet again.. it's not my opinion, its based on figures and numbers which don't lie. And again im not bashing the game, im not saying its ♥♥♥♥.. Im just showing that there is a big red flag on the future development of this game, which usually goes like this if you are known a bit on steam. Anyway if you have fun in the game you have fun! Nothing wrong with that, im just showing statistics that dont lie..

Lol.. you really are one of a kind...

you are posting again and again the chart related to the PROLOGUE, nopt the early access game.
It is quite clear the the prologue is going down... the people are either playing the demo or the game itself...

The actual chart for the EA game is this:

https://steamcharts.com/app/1284190

and it clearly shows a positive trend, so you'd better double check what you look at next time.

I'd like also to add that it seems quite limited to me to evaluate a game based on the streamers/YT "hype" instead of the game itself. The developers are offering a Demo... so play with it and judge with your own brain instead of relying on "the hype".

As many noted the game is extremely well polished for an EA game developed by a team of 2 devs and offers a very relaxing and entertaining gameplay. So far I haven't found a single bug or a crash.
Sure, if this game had been developed by Blizzard with a hundred's people dev team, I'd be evaluating it a bit differently. As an indie game, it's very well done and the dev team deserves a lot of praise for their hard work and passion that you can clearly see in the game.

That actually makes a lot of difference indeed! And based on this I'd probably say I stand corrected.. Thanks for the valueable reply.. If I would be one of a kind that would mean noone else would make mistakes and base their research on the wrong statistics. That would be very good for humanity, but unfortunate I'm not one of a kind in that matter..

As I clearly stated already a couple of times: the YT/Streamer hype, is not a standalone factor on which it was based. And if you at least have been reading everything, I never gave my opinion about how good or bad the game was/is as I didn't play it yet.. I was just very surprised and cautious by a game which I saw was played by only about 200 players a day got this much reviews.. As it seems I was reffereing to a prologue which I didnt notice and of course making mistakes it totally out of place on the internet and you get burned for it as a person directly, cause who makes mistakes nowadays!?

Anyway Thanks again for your correction and as said before I stand corrected based on your correct link..

The developer offers a demo for this game... which invalidates your claim.

Satisfied?

Oh pffft - you're kinda rigged . TPC is fresh, fun, and scratching the itch for loads of gamers. Almost 9k people online in TPC atm. This is a few days after launch, too. You might like it, try the demo.
Stardew Valley is 'Overwhelmingly Positive' as well, is it rigged?

Try the free demo (around 10-20 hrs play time ) and get your own opinion

btw: why trust some streamer and youtuber, but not over 2000+ reviews? Maybe those streamers are wrong?

I have paid more for crappier experiences, so this should be good if it is your type of game, this game's demo offers more then some games do released.

How does it invalidate it? The data on steam does not match anything an overwhelmingly positive game would show on the usual platforms such as YT and Twitch. I already said that the game looked okay, but the overwhelmingly positive quotation is out of balance and oddly present. I'm not bashing anyone's opinion, I'm looking at the general consensus of games and this one doesnt match the quotation on every point. Data doesnt lie..

Im not saying the game is ♥♥♥♥ or its bad at all.. Hell I even said it looked fun.. Just the rigged reviews are a red flag on this one unfortunetly... Usually this isn't too bright for the future development of the game, but I'm totally fine by being on the wrong end, even though the reviews aren't all real.

Stardew valley even got their own documentairy about their development and was a HUGE success.. It's not my opinion :P it's the data behind it. Again.. I am NOT saying the game is bad at all. Im talking about data and not about sole opinions of individuals.

Maybe it's just not for you? Just because it is overwhelmingly positive for many does not mean it will be for everyone. A lot of people find games like this by tags they frequent on Steam. Perhaps it is fulfilling what they are looking for and that is why it gets high marks.

Someone else referred to Stardew Valley. I bought it simply because of how highly it scored and assumed I would enjoy it. Well, I don't. I've tried and tried to get into it, but it just isn't for me. Maybe that's how this game is for you as well.

The game is a lot of fun, it provides nice and relaxed entertainment for many hours and (I can't stress it enough) I haven't had a single crash or any game-breaking bugs so far. That's a whole lot of PROS for a game in its very first Early Access release.

So you could add my positive review to the other "rigged overwhelming" reviews that already exist - if I wasn't too lazy to write a review. In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with lots of good reviews for a good game.

Don't blame the game or its players for the laziness or lack of attention of the common type of streamers. It's not the developers' fault that the usually blindfolded guys on YouTube and Twitch apparently haven't discovered - or don't like - this game yet.
However, a positive or even negative judgement by any streamer does not provide me with a relevant basis for forming an opinion; the usual streamers have proven their stupidity and their highly deficient comprehension skills far too often for me to give a damn about their opinions. I therefore consider the OP's statement in this regard to be completely irrelevant.

The game, from what I have seen so far, is really well done, all the positive reviews are well deserved and there is nothing wrong or suspicious about them. Nothing at all.

The only dark shadow on this otherwise brilliant gaming experience are completely false claims like the one the OP made in this thread.

Good game, good reviews - simple as that.

figures and numbers lie all the time unless..you know, you're uneducated then its understandable how easily the low are wowed by simple things. calling something rigged is the sign of a mindless troll. the op is rigged and red flags as a simpleton troll.
