It says to equip the oxygen tank. How do I do that?

in your inventory, you have two sections. the one on the right is the equipped items.
simply left click on an equipment item in your inventory and it will go over to the equipped section.

That's what I thought too, but it won't move. I *think* it's trying to use it instead of move it and because I'm in the downed ship and full O2 it won't do anything. Thanks for confirming what I should be doing.

The game has promise, it's a little rough but at least there aren't a billion hopping wacky animals romping about like nms as I walk around.

Also, I like that the different ore looks differently too, that's helpful. I should do the feedback, heh.

wait. I think I misunderstood. are you saying your O2 is going empty and you are trying to load more air? Or are you saying your T1/T2/T3 oxygen tank won't equip?

If it's the first, right click to use an air refill. It it's the second, then what I said first should have been the answer.

Good point. I was talking about the Quest list on the upper left where it says "Equip O2". I can't, I can only use it when I'm low outside.

I did upgrade to the better O2 tank when I saw the option. I'm sure things will tighten up in time.

What it actually wants you to do is to equip an oxygen tank. The oxygen bottles that are made from 2 cobalt are consumables, not equipment; you want the "Oxygen Tank T1" that looks like two oxygen bottles side by side.

The text reads: Equip: Oxygen Tank T1 .

Find the Oxygen Tank T1 in the crafting bench. Craft it. Equip it.

The oxygen CAPSULE is for reloading your O2 when you're mobile. Two different things. One is equipped and one is single use.
