Trapped in room and always load here...

So I uh.... Accidentally deconstructed the door to a living quarters and had just moved everything out to my new base. My inventory was full when I deconstructed it and the silicone fell outside of the room and I have no way to build another door and it won't let me deconstruct the building I'm in while I'm standing in it... When I die or reload the game I'm still in this building. Any ideas on how I can get out of here? lol

i thought there was an option when you hit ESC to "Unstuck". did you try that?

How did you decon the door? I can't get it to target the door when I try that. It just sees the living compartment.

OK if you can make other compartment then stand inbetween the two and then deconstructed one of them and it wiil pop you out side.may have to do it 2 or 3 times but it works for me.

Oh how he did it he made 2 compartments then put a door inbetween them and then he deconstructed the other compartment and that stuck the door with it.

So it's not targeting the door. It's targeting the living compartment. That needs to be fixed. There are times I want to decon something that's on the LC, not the entire thing.

hit f4 a few times and youll clip through the roof. I had this happen while building, built 2 pods, 1 with a door and walked in. ended up deleting and rejigging the layout a bit, but forgot to build a door. died and respawned inside a big room with no doors lol.

That happened to me, I had to use the building-a-window-and-jumping-through-while-it-is-building trick to get out (it doesn't require silicon). In hindsight, I should have just used F4.

I'm regularly accidentally deconstructing ladders and trapping myself. In your situation the only thing you can do is deconstruct the Habitat, and then reconstruct it again once you are free.

Pretty sure you can't deconstruct the living pod you are in?
As stated earlier in the thread, spamming F4 is the solution.
