How to place the Screen-Terraforming ?

Hi there,
I'm having issues to place the terraforming info screen.
Is there a specific place you have to place it ? So far it is red all the time, no matter where I try to place it. Can't build inside the habitat, can't build it outside, can't place it on the ground, nor stick it to a wall...
What am I missing here , I'm clueless...

Has to be a wall and use the scroll wheel to rotate it so that the screen is facing you.

The big screen you can place directly inside the habitat in the middle of every "wall". The two smaller screens are placeable on the floor or much better on the desk.

The smaller screens can also be placed on top of blue chests.
