Given our convict status, beasts would probably fit better as an avoidance challenge than a combat one, building lures and repellents to keep the nasties away while we develop our project world.
If it's too easy for you, play it hard.
some people have more trouble than others, you have to not be selfish
Why does some player always want
- make it more difficult
- that there are monsters to face
- that there are enemies to kill
can't you get enough violence? so go to ukraine
If it was to have monsters or enemies to kill, you had to say it before I wouldn't have bought this game
sorry for the kick
I've got more than enough food, I can drink from any lake or carry around 6x flasks of water with me if I want, and I have a net of outposts that basically mean I will never suffocate unless I decide to AFK outside for 10 minutes.
If you want a game with no challenge, again, go play Minecraft on peaceful mode or creative :P
I want a Terraforming experience, which should include all sorts of nasty monsters and weather conditions and terrain conditions. Things that really make you struggle to overcome the odds and then bask in the glory of the fully terraformed world once it has been fully completed.
Also way to go, bringing in IRL politics into a game discussion, you totally don't look like a D-bag doing that...
If you really want violence take it all
you haven't played DayZ, 7 Days to Die, Scum, Dying Light 2 Stay Human or Lost Light
I got interested in this game because the Devs said during the beta that there would be no monsters or fights!
There are ways to have other challenges in other ways. and I'm sure the devs will bring them into the game
There is no life when you arrive on the planet to terraform it
so why would the monsters arrive by the anointing of the holy spirit?
Me too, I want a terraforming experience, which by no means!!! should include all kinds of nasty monsters. corn
weather and ground conditions. Things that really make you struggle to overcome obstacles also for me
Finally, please keep your insults to yourself.

Might as well remove needs bars and just turn it into a peaceful game where you don't have to worry about oxygen, food, or water, and just terraform in peace. The devs should just make the player a robot sent to terraform the planet, that would literally remove all three of those needs.
I mean in my post I even said It wouldn't even really have to be monsters/aliens per say. It can just be the side effects from terraforming a planet. A barren wasteland suddenly getting water, would definitely create some rather hellish storms during the terraformation process.
Solar flares, tsunamis, earthquakes, volcanoes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc. All sorts of dangers that can be made to keep the player constantly on edge even in the later stages. I worry this game will become stagnant (like it feels right now clawing my way through the insect stage of planet development.)
