Controller support?

Does this game have controller support? I don't own a regular mouse as they are very painful to me, so does this game has controller support or will I have to learn to play a Battle Royale with a trackball?

No it doesn't, it says so in the faq. I think this was a horrible decision by them to not have controller support like this.

This game would be so much more fun with controller support. I hope it's something that is added before final release.

This is a Battleroyale that is played with WASD though, not a MOBA with infinite lives that is played with the mouse only. So no, not even the same kind of games.

That would be like saying "The Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening doesn't need controller support because is just like LoL!" just because of the top-down view.

DOTA has controller and plays ok. There is no reason this game can't have controller support.
