Looking for an NG+ guide

I keep finding little mentions that there are new modules and weapons to find, and even some exclusive outfit? Why the hell don't I see a proper guide/list of all the gear and locations anywhere? Also, weapon upgrade higher? How much higher and what materials are needed? Most importantly: Are there enough materials to max ALL weapons on NG+ or does it take like 5 playthroughs???

I have just started NG+ and, from what I've seen, it will definitely not be enough to level up all weapons to their max level, far from it. They even further increased the weapons' max level, from 5 to 9.

You don't need a guide for this game. Just play it, pay attention to the surroundings, collect everything, read every note and do all the side missions. I did this and I got the Fashion victim achievement with no effort, as an example.
