I HAVE THE Neighbours from Hell Compilation, why I CANNOT GET THIS GAME TO LIBRARY??? My friends have already got.

There is/was some misconfiguration with the packages. Everybody who did purchase the original parts should get Neighbours back From Hell for free.
We already made some changes that should trigger that, but not sure how long the system needs to reflect that.
You also might to have to restart the steam client.

If that doesn't work within the next hours we have to check what we have to adjust when we are back at the office.

Also as I read you say "your friends already got it"? There might have been keys handed out for the old versions that don't qualify for the upgrade to "back from hell", but we have to check that.

I think the dev. wrote this:

I have a slight feeling "the next hours" are at least two hours away from now...no, I haven't gotten it either but I'm getting a free upgrade to a game I bought some time ago, that I even bought the originals of on CD upon release.

Of course I also want it now but it's a free upgrade for a game I bought years ago, I find it a bit hard to complain about waiting a tad longer for an upgrade I never expected...

I got the game but it was pretty strange. I added a free game called "Beneath a Steel Sky" and in my library appeared two new games: that one and Neighbours Back From Hell. A wonderfull surprise I have to say cause I love these games!! Thanks a lot guys!! Of course, I bought both games in Steam some years ago. Thank you guys!!! <3

I just woke up and received an email notification for the release of this game, I wasn't own it at that time, then I wishlist it but then I got an error, then I refresh the page and it suddenly show me that I own this game and already on my library.
