Report a translation problem
We already made some changes that should trigger that, but not sure how long the system needs to reflect that.
You also might to have to restart the steam client.
If that doesn't work within the next hours we have to check what we have to adjust when we are back at the office.
Also as I read you say "your friends already got it"? There might have been keys handed out for the old versions that don't qualify for the upgrade to "back from hell", but we have to check that.

I also restarted the client several times, but the game is still not in my library.

I think the dev. wrote this:
"If that doesn't work within the next hours"
I have a slight feeling "the next hours" are at least two hours away from now...no, I haven't gotten it either but I'm getting a free upgrade to a game I bought some time ago, that I even bought the originals of on CD upon release.
Of course I also want it now but it's a free upgrade for a game I bought years ago, I find it a bit hard to complain about waiting a tad longer for an upgrade I never expected...
