editor application error

i cant test my missions. every time i try i get the "Application load error 5:0000065434".
can anybody help?

common guys'n'girls!
Please tell me someone knows why and a fix!?! ive just bought the damn game since i have not played it for 4-5 years to find out half of the game does not work :,(

if i try to start the mission editor via the file itself, (.exe) and then proceed to "test" the mission then i get this error code:
-Application load error 5:0000065434

and if i try to start it with steam, and then proceed to "test" the mission it comes with
-editor steam error 53

ive seen about 3-4 separate posts about this + a couple others with load error 5:0000065434 concerning other games but no one... with an answer :,c (except for the other game(s))

try putting them both on your c drive it worked for me doing that, or if you have them both on the same drive like a d drive make the mission then save it. then go into game and play it, that the only way I see how to make it work

oh daim, dident notice till 1 day under a month later Dx : p sorry : ) but i do indeed have it installed to a steamlibrary on another drive than C so i can se your point. i will relocate it to C drive andtry again sometime, not sure when exaclty but will come back with an answer assoon as i have figured it out

I had this error too. I have Steam installed on drive G. OF:DR and the editor were installed on another library on drive F. After reinstalling the game to G, I didn't get errors anymore.
