That's probably the largest pack you're going to find. Although I would say it's better to go with quality not quantity and you should try to get hold of the best community stuff ever made rather than trawling through hundreds of examples of formulaic mediocre tat. In my opinion the following are classics:

The maps themselves are just folders that you put in the data_win\missions folder in you installation folder. Mods are dependent upon using a modified version of the .exe (which adds back in support that codemasters patched out) this is commonly referred to as the ACiDxCHRiST exe after its author. Again this is available on the above filebeam.
