How do I use mission editor?

I bought the game for the mission editor but I can't find it.

In Steam, go to Library - Tools - and install OFP DR Mission Editor

How do i launch the editor? when i press play there isnt a launch option for the editor?

The editor is located in the game directory.

You need to manually browse there, make a shortcut and drag and drop it to the desktop.
