If your video card has less than 270 MB or more than 2 GB VRAM,
Dragon Rising will limit the max resolution you can set to 1280x1024.
Use OFDR v1.02 Res Fix to unlock the resolution.
this fix is an exe, it's also a nocd/dvd;
download > extract > COPY AND PASTE in / codemasters/ OF Dragon Rising
it will replace your OFDR.exe
start your game from this new exe and change your graphic configuration in game.
We tested it on 2 pc, working well.

Concerning "the filter" it is removed by installing the "islandwar2017" mod that you can find here:
https://www.moddb.com/mods/island-war-2017/downloads/islandwar2017
-if you install this mod you cannot play coop with people that havent it installed.
-personally I find the normal mod much more immersive, all the cards do not have this troubled aspect ...
with the graphic mod it looks rather like an Holiday war on the sunny beach ! ;)
if it doesnt work better try changing xml file:
\Codemasters\OF Dragon Rising\data\system\hardware_settings_config.xml
"Fr4mbo

For those with the same issues and If none of the fixes work for you too. Changing the xml file for the resolution you want doesn't force that resolution it only stretches it, but if you set the options to windowed mode then set the resolution it works. I then use borderless gaming to force fullscreen mode, looks much better."
